Staff Spotlight: Lupita Palmerin

We’re shining this month’s Staff Spotlight on Lupita Palmerin in Springdale, Arkansas. Lupita joined the firm in April 2025 as a Claims Specialist.

She shares that her favorite spot she’s visited is Los Angeles because she was able to go to the beach for the very first time, and because there is just so much to do there. In her free time, Lupita loves cozying up with a good book, especially psychological thrillers.

This year is especially exciting for her, as she is having her first child and can’t wait to experience motherhood.

When it comes to food, her favorite restaurant is Rein in Springdale, a hibachi spot where she orders the Razorback roll every time.

The best piece of advice that has stuck with her is: even when you feel like you can’t keep going, you can and you will—just keep pushing through.

In her role, Lupita believes patience when speaking to insurance companies is essential, along with being fast-paced to get letters of representation sent out quickly so everyone else can work on the case as needed. What she enjoys most about her role is the people she works with, as well as knowing she is part of helping people in frustrating situations.
