Staff Spotlight: Kaylee Callahan

We’re shining the Staff Spotlight on Kaylee Callahan, our dedicated case manager in Conway since 2023.

Kaylee is an avid concert-goer, having attended over 200 live performances since her first show at just three years old. Kaylee loves the energy of live music and festivals — it’s one of her favorite ways to relax and connect with others. She’s also an avid reader with a goal to finish 30 books by the end of the year, often gravitating toward impactful reads like The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, a book she says continues to shape both her personal and professional life.

In her free time, Kaylee loves Mexican food, playing with her two dogs, Sugar and Nova, and trying (sometimes struggling) to keep a sourdough starter alive. She’s also a longtime fan of Grey’s Anatomy and lives by two guiding principles: Stay True and Be Here Now.

Professionally, Kaylee finds fulfillment in helping clients through what can be a confusing and stressful time in their lives. “It makes me feel good to know that the skills I’ve honed and the knowledge I’ve gained here help put our clients’ minds at ease,” she shares.

When asked to describe her experience at Taylor King Law in three words, Kaylee shares: empowering, collaborative, and fun. “I learn something new every day, and seeing the dedication and teamwork behind the scenes motivates me to give my best.”
