Staff Spotlight: Hope Jestes

Hope Jestes joined Taylor King Law in April 2025. She started as a Case Manager and now serves as a Disbursement Manager, where she is talented at hunting down even the peskiest subrogation issues.

Outside of work, Hope enjoys being outdoors when the weather is nice. She likes running, hiking, listening to music, and painting. Two of her favorite places to visit are Panama City Beach and Estes Park. While living in Colorado, she often took day trips to the mountains in Estes Park. She also enjoys the tranquil feel of the ocean in Panama City Beach and would love to go back. Her favorite local restaurant in Arkadelphia is Los Agaves. For 2026, Hope is especially excited about celebrating her upcoming wedding!

In her current role, Hope enjoys helping provide assistance to the clients we serve. She finds it rewarding to be a small piece of the puzzle in helping clients find closure. She believes empathy and communication are essential to ensure clients feel seen, heard, and supported.

One piece of advice that has stuck with her is to never be afraid to ask for help or ask where you can improve. She describes her experience at the firm as rewarding, eye-opening, and growth. We are so thankful to have Hope on our team!
