51-year-old Shannon East (Jonesboro, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Friday, December 5, 2025.

At approximately 7:03 p.m. Shannon East was reportedly “picking up an item off the roadway” along E Thomas Green Road in Jonesboro when they were struck by a southbound vehicle.

Mr. East was transported with injuries to NEA Hospital in Jonesboro, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
