After more than 30 years of practicing personal injury law in Arkansas, one thing has always stood out to me–most people don’t know where to start the legal process after a car accident. They’re hurt, confused, maybe overwhelmed by insurance or medical bills, and they just need someone to explain things clearly.

That’s part of why we started the Taylor King Law Vodcast. I wanted to take the same honest conversations we have with our clients every day and make them available to everyone–so people can understand their rights, feel more prepared, and know they don’t have to face this alone.
When you’ve been in an accident, information can be as powerful as representation. Our goal is to make personal injury law approachable and easy to understand–whether you’re dealing with a car wreck, a slip-and-fall, or another serious injury.
Practicing Arkansas injury law with my kids, Maggie and Austin, has been one of my greatest blessings. They grew up around this work, watching what it means to help Arkansans after serious accidents when life gets hard.
In our first episode, we talk about how this firm–and this family–came to be. The values that shaped us then are the same ones that drive us today: compassion, fairness, and fighting for what’s right.
We also dig into a few myths of personal injury law–things we hear all.the.time: like the idea of hiring a lawyer means you’re headed to court (most personal injury cases never make it there), or that you can’t afford one (you don’t pay unless we win).
We also talk about the reality that accidents can happen to anyone. It doesn’t matter who you are–everyone deserves someone on their side who understands the system and will stand up for them.
And no, it’s not about chasing money–it’s about making sure our clients are treated fairly when insurance companies deny or undervalue claims.
These are the same conversations we have with our clients every day, and we wanted to bring them to you through this podcast.
For a more detailed breakdown of what to do after a car accident in Arkansas, we’ve put together a step-by-step guide you can reference anytime.
For us, this podcast is about connection–sharing real answers, not legal jargon. It’s about helping accident victims in Arkansas feel seen, informed, and supported. It’s a chance for us to talk about what really happens after an accident–what steps to take, what to expect from insurance companies, and how to protect yourself from day one.
If you’ve been in an accident or just want to know what to do after a car wreck in Arkansas, I hope you’ll listen in to the Taylor King Law Vodcast. We’ll keep having honest conversations–the kind that remind you that when life takes a turn, you’ve got all of us On Your Side, By Your Side.
