Staff Spotlight: Krystal Medlock

Krystal Medlock has been an Intake Specialist with the firm since February 2025. On weekends, she enjoys laying in bed and binge-watching movies with her “mini-me,” Adella, or going out for mommy-daughter dates. Her favorite holiday traditions include playing games and singing with her family.

In her role, Krystal enjoys interacting with a lot of people and learning something new every day. She also appreciates having an awesome team and highlights her Team Lead, Madison, as the best.

The best piece of advice she’s received is, “Don’t sell yourself short,” a reminder to never underestimate her own worth, abilities, or potential. Krystal believes empathy and communication are important characteristics for an Intake Specialist. She knows that some clients just want to be heard and values being able to help them as much as possible.

Krystal describes her experience at TKL as Collaborative, Fun, and Innovative. She shares, “When I was younger, I always knew I wanted to help people. I tried many different ways to do so, and I believe I have finally found it here. I love every bit of my role.” We are so thankful to have Krystal on our team!
