Cassandra Daniels Fatally Injured in I-40 Collision

24-year-old Cassandra Daniels (North Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.

At approximately 6:03 a.m. Ms. Cassandra Daniels’ vehicle (2018 Nissan) became disabled while in the left lane of Interstate 40 (eastbound) near mile marker 159 in North Little Rock. An eastbound 2020 Mercedes collided with the rear of Ms. Daniels’ vehicle.

Ms. Daniels was transported to Baptist Health Medical Center where she later succumbed to her injuries.
