19-year-old Adrianna Alsup (Mountain Home, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.

At approximately 12:15 p.m. Ms. Adrianna Alsup was traveling south on State Highway 201 near Blue Wing Road between Clarkridge and Mountain Home when a northbound vehicle crossed the centerline. The northbound vehicle (1996 Ford F350) collided head-on with Ms. Alsup’s vehicle (2010 Chevy Aveo). A second southbound vehicle (2002 Dodge Ram) then collided with Ms. Aslup’s vehicle after the initial collision.

Ms. Alsup sustained fatal injuries in the crash.

Additionally, 45-year-old Ian Tice (Mountain Home, AR) sustained injuries in the accident.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
